Speaking in general terms the culture and an organizational culture relate to the same aspects, a group of people that in a particular time and space share, the same values, costumes, behaviors, language, a specific dress code. For any organization those values and norms regulate the way people interact within the organization and try to create “standard” behavior and conducts that people should follow in order to have a healthy work or living environment.

Basically organizational cultures follows the main structure of what culture is, it only applies to a more specific environment such as an organization, and it also identifies the vision of the company and how the values of a corporate culture influence the ethical standards within the corporation, as well as managerial behavior; and how things should be done in order to fulfill de company’s objectives, and reflect for others the way the organization is structured.
